This paper considers boredom as a non-authentic modus of human existence, which includes emptiness of life and absence of fullness, as the opposite to an authentic modus, which means living full and meaningful life. From the one hand, by contrast, it could be used as a source of inspiration. From the other hand, from the deeper point of view, it could be used as an opportunity to manage self-transformation.
