THE CREATOSPHERE AND POSFORDISM IN THE ARCTIC SPACE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of the creatosphere and post-Fordism in the context of the creative and cultural economies of the Arctic. Interest in the Arctic space has recently been linked to the strategic interests of countries. Management paradigms of thinking - the creatosphere and post-Fordism - are proposed. The author defines the creatosphere. The creatosphere is when, with the help of knowledge, new intellectual values, innovations, humanitarian technologies are created that improve and transform the socio-economic reality. The features of post-Fordism in the Arctic are highlighted. relying on the features of post-Fordism: creative thinking as the basis for thinking and managing the northern territories; memory properties (patterns); lateral thinking; the activation of the formation of divergent and convergent thinking as the basis of the creativity and creative behavior patterns in the Arctic; traditions of indigenous peoples of the Arctic. The sources of creative behavioral models in the digital environment in the Arctic space of post-Fordism are the person's inner potential, his ability to generate new knowledge and professional self-realization; components of the creatosphere: - resources of creative activity; - the process of creative activity; Are products of creative activity; new knowledge and creativity, active cognition in the process of activity; customs and traditions of careful attitude to nature, genetic resources, traditional knowledge and cultural rites. In the context of uncontrolled trends of co-evolution, spreading challenges and threats to stability, the spread of such phenomena as precarious, integrity and stability, there is a need for driver models of thinking change.
