Abstract

Museums are essential memorial institutions that keep information about the lives of our At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, human resources are already a very important part of the factors of production. Apart from land, labor and financial capital, human resources are sum of the unique capabilities of individuals, which can be both inherited and acquired, can be expanded by appropriate investment and lead to the production of goods, both public and private. In today's modern theory, people are less seen as workforce and increasingly viewed as a unique and unique source of entrepreneurial success and added value in the process of producing and delivering services without which we can do both business and high-quality activities of public organizations, perhaps hardly imagined. Today it is already proved that the effective using of human capital within economic entities significantly increases their economic results and, in the case of organizations in the public sector, it is to improve services to the public. This effective using represents intangible property, or assets, hidden within the company precisely in the form of the ability of their employees to create not only a competitive advantage in the market but also to create an added value for the company. The low unemployment is of course very good for the economy and society, because it contributes to economic growth and welfare. But what if unemployment is so low that it is a lack of workforce and human capital? That large manufacturing companies must reject foreign contracts in large volumes? The current labor market has been characterized in recent years by overcoming supply over demand. This unbalanced situation is caused by several factors.
