The article analyzes the term “information” and its usage in the Russian labor law. The author notes that different synonyms are used in the labor law of the Russian Federation, particularly, the concepts of information, intelligence and data. The author describes various classifications of information, such as classifications based on institutes and subjects of the labor law, as well as based on availability of information.
