USE VALUE OF NEW KNOWLEDGE
Abstract
The main purpose of the paper is the justification of modern scientific directions of innovative processes in the field of enhancement of the higher engineering education for forest industries' needs, providing its prestigious positions in the world. Now the value assessment of wood resources is underestimated because of unreal value in use that leads to decrease of the wood income. Growth of the wood income is possible on the basis of the new forestry busyness concept the meaning of which consists in a real estimation, both current receipts, and dynamics of wood assets. Taking into account deficit of natural resources the authors assert that science and quality education should act as a profit source in forestry busyness. Evolution of knowledge in key source of cost assumes availability of innovations and methods of their practical application in them. The paper affirms that new knowledge should occupy key positions in ecology develop-ment of the wood industry branches. This circumstance considerably changes a place of the status of timber formation in structure of values of public life, a ratio of its spheres, as higher education and economy. The paper underlines insufficient interest of the state structures to an estimation of potential competence of forest engineers for realizations of professional activity because of considerable presence of "not profile" scientific and ped-agogical staff for training of engineers for forest industries of economy. It points to ab-sence of the erudition approach to training of the wood & paper goods appraisers with the level of potential competence, sufficient for achievement of the strategic goals of a wood complex development. The paper presents the innovative views of necessity of creation and development of essentially new kinds of business in the sphere of forestry, involving businessmen as full subjects of carrying out scientific researches within the frames of the sustainable development and reproduction business concept, considering them as a potential re-serve of scientific and pedagogical staff of educational establishments.
