In this paper the authors develop a conceptual model for the quality and reliability validation of planning and designing processes.

In this paper, the authors propose a conceptual model for measuring the performance of design and planning processes. Thus during the development of this research were carried out both graphical models and a mathematical model designed to optimize the activity measurement of these processes.

In this paper we present a mathematical model of the degree of interest of students for educational activities in the field of quality and sustainable development, held in the student center. The idea of probabilistic forecasting model of this degree is to assess the likelihood of student participation in a particular educational activity. Also, we show how, the information obtained from the analysis of the mathematical model can be supplemented with details obtained through statistical analysis software SPSS 16.
