VALIDATION OF PROCESSES
Abstract
Nowadays organizations, in particular the industrial ones cannot function effectively without a process approach to all activities. This requires the identification: definition, design, validation and planning processes in organizations. In this paper the authors develop a conceptual model for the quality and reliability validation of planning and designing processes.
