The study covers the structure of the governmental procurement system to define major subjects of the system and reveal the basic design tendencies of the procurement procedure. The analysis of carried out procurement procedures shows primary use of electronic auction procedure (about 60 \%) and a lesser use of open contest (18-26 \%).
