ON MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN EDUCATION SYSTEM MODELING
Abstract
This article deals with applying cognitive analysis methods to manage education of high quality. Structured modeling offers an opportunity to build indicative management and create an expert system to support managerial decisions making that enables any time to identify the most effective strategic management and develop specific tactic recommendations for education's managers. Currently, much attention is paid to the effective organization of the educational process and improve the development of the younger generation. As one of the possible ways is the creation of educational clusters, which include several schools of various levels and specialized training, kindergartens, various additional services for the development of human potential. The organization of these clusters allows for effective organization of the educational process, methodological support and organization of the workforce. Modeling the effective management of such clusters is one of the basic tasks of management education, as the person making the decision will optimally choose the necessary factors.
