EFFICIENCY OF MODERN POLITICAL ELITE: ACMEOLOGICAL DIMENSION OF QUALITY PROFESSIONALISM
Abstract
Efficiency is one of the most important indicators of elite professionalism. Measuring this indicator we reveal the quality of a particular elite community, their professional training and acmeological level. Empirical data only gives an external quality measure. Personal assessments of elite subjects are made In the role of an internal criterion. It is the comparison of the objective and subjective (external and internal) indicator which gives us an adequate assessment of the effectiveness of modern political elites.The paper provides a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of political elites of leading world powers, identify the features of their professional training and akmeological evaluation of their activities. For modern elitological science, the analysis of this problem is of paramount importance. In recent years, criticism of the extremely low effectiveness of the professional level of political elites has intensified in Western literature. In this connection, the paper will analyze the current European scientific literature on this problem. The relevance of the topic is growing in the face of growing post-industrial trends and globalization.
