Abstract

Background. The relevance of this work is determined by modern trends in the development of society: the socio-psychological aspect - with each year the number of organizations and the number of specialists grow. Extremely topical are the problems of raising and maintaining a high level of psychological security in an organization associated with loyalty. However, the analysis of the relationship, the conditions that determine its formation, typology, planning of actions aimed at increasing loyalty and focused on maintaining a sense of human psychological security is fragmentary and requires a clear definition. The purpose of the study: to identify the relationship between psychological security and human loyalty in the organization. Methods. Statistical processing of data was carried out in the IBM SPSS 23 program using descriptive statistics, comparative and correlation analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis. Results. The study was conducted on the basis of two leading organizations (the sphere of education and the sphere of IT-development) of the city of Tomsk in Russia. The total sample was 110 people. At the moment, the questionnaires are being processed, the results are summarized. Conclusions. The data obtained during the research can be used for further study of the phenomenon of loyalty, conditioned by a sense of psychological security of the individual in the organization. From a practical point of view, the results of the research formed the basis for recommendations for HR specialists, as well as managers (managers, supervisors), focused on preserving the sense of psychological safety of employees, creating a comfortable atmosphere in the team, properly setting tasks, delegating.
