APPROACH STRATEGIES IN TEACHING PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST (HIGHER EDUCATION)

Abstract

Introduction. European models as practiced in most countries in the European area of higher education are based on the educational process and the results of university graduates. The main purpose of the research is to highlight the effectiveness of motivational strategies on student participation in physical education classes at the University of Bucharest. This approach aimed at identify the effects achieved by the training programs and operational structures proposed in the research, specifically targeting the increasing number of students who opt for physical education course, given that it is optional in plan education. Research methods. It used social survey method through a questionnaire; the results were statistically interpreted and plotted survey was conducted to investigate how satisfied students are of the DEFS's educational offer. Results.The findings after analyzing the questionnaires showed up the following data: - Writing and made available to students of handouts, methodological guides and educational materials to support learning activity. They provide a theoretical and methodological basis for learning and guidance in designing and organizing activities with students. The permanent concern for improving teaching is a priority DEFS community. Strategy approach in teaching physical education must start from the guidelines inserted in sports programs which provide different ways to approach the teaching process. Since 1styear students are coming from different schools, with different training levels, it is necessary to make predictive assessments, to establish the level of skills and knowledge of the sport for which they voted. According to this teaching methodology adapts learning tailored to each level of sports. One of the DEFS's priority is also represented by the development and transmission of independent worksto the students. Upgrading physical education lessons in order to improve them and ensure quality through adequate content and methodology objectives and purposes, is the main objective of the department's staff. Conclussion.Evaluation of educational offer of DEFS is positive, they received (87\%) most of good and very good grades; Through this action, DEFS attracts students by diversifying its service package offered by raising teacher performance through an attractive promotion of sport policy. In conclusion building a motivational strategy to attract young people in sport, by renewing and adapting their programs according to age, sex, level of education and health had the effect of increasing the number of students who were enrolled in the physical education, and over 85\% were satisfied with the performance of teachers.
