CRISIS OF EDUCATION IN THE SYSTEM OF VALUES OF MODERN YOUTH (ACCORDING TO THE MATERIALS OF EMPIRICAL STUDIES)
Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to analyze the role of education in the system of values of modern youth in the context of the main directions of development of innovative society, the key of which is the formation of innovative personality as a specific social type. The background of the study was the author's previous research on the analysis of innovative development of the Russian Federation, the implementation of the main strategic documents related to the innovative development of the country; analysis of the main theoretical and methodological approaches and problems of studying the innovative personality and its innovative potential. The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of education in the structure of life values of modern youth in the society of digital economy in the context of innovative development of the Russian Federation, as well as the search for the causes and factors causing the devaluation of educational values. The research focuses on the study of motivation of young people in education, the role of education in the system of values of modern youth, the level of formation of innovative values and competencies, as well as the role of educational institutions in their formation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the civilizational approach to the study of socio-economic processes and innovative development of society, the dispositional concept of personality, taking into account the achievements of modern cognitive sciences. Research methods: theoretical analysis, secondary analysis of the results of sociological research, electronic questionnaires, expert interviews, discourse analysis. As a result of the study, the content of the concept of "innovative personality" is clarified, the role of education in the formation of innovative personality as a social type is determined; the role of education in the structure of values of modern youth is determined, an attempt is made to determine the main causes and factors of the devaluation of educational values in modern society.
