Abstract

There has been a trend towards the destruction of semantic unity between the past, present and future generating significant gaps in social memory of the people in the XXI century. The pace of sociocultural changes become extremely high. All these challenges relate to the process of globalization, strengthening of mass communications unification and unpredictable consequences of modernization projects. Challenges of modern situation demand a participation of new specialists in educational process who have interdisciplinary knowing and competencies in humanities knowledge including in the sphere of modern culture as the world where a man lives, interacts with other people and tries to comprehend his existence. In chaotic flow of information modern person is more often disoriented on that basis there is a necessity to build his own behavioral trajectory in the situation of uncertainty, i.e. we speak about universal sociocultural competencies of a beginner. It can be formed with the help of humanitarian technologies which interdisciplinary (convergent) have culturology, anthropology, psychology theory and practice of communication, geopolitics and other disciplines shaping not only “knowing man” but “understanding man”, “loving man” and “technological man”.
