INFORMAL PAYMENTS IN RUSSIAN EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE
Abstract
The analysis of informal payments in Russian education and healthcare is presented in the article. Sociological debriefing was in Ekaterinburg (Russia). Its results show that there is a corruption in social sphere. Government proclaims free education and healthcare but, in practice, doctors and educators, patients and parents justify payments and use it in their life.
