Abstract

Throughout the life people have always been treated with care and caution to such phenomena as thunder storm. This fact associated with that person in a long time could not explain the nature of these phenomena. However, these acoustic and optical phenomena formed the basis of many people's predictions. The authors of this article explored the question of the main characteristics to which attention in the preparation of the forecast was drawn. It is established that the frequency response is the first thunderstorm. This fact we associate with a pagan view of man. Winter gave way to spring . And this event was supposed to have any mark. Such a sign was the first thunderstorm and the first thunder. Special attention to the thunder and the storm and says the presence of numerous Gromnikov (It is a special book, where thunderstorm based weather forecast were gathered). The following characteristics were the main characteristics of the thunder - duration and its acoustic capabilities. Lightning has been marked as a bringer of good weather or harvest. Optical phenomenon is a rainbow, which also formed the basis for many signs. Key features of the rainbow are brightness and color, its height, the time of occurrence.
