MODELING OF THE IMPROVING PROCESS OF EDUCATION QUALITY IN PRESCHOOLS FROM ROMANIA
Abstract
Quality is a general term used in all areas, but has a specific character for each position, sector or area. In order to improve the quality, there are used techniques, methods and tools of quality. In the paper the authors propose to use and to adapt a model consecrated in industry, namely the DMAIC model, for improving the quality of educational process, in preschool institutions in Romania. Preschool period is the period of the fundamental procurement cycle, is called early educational period and its range in between 3 to7 years old. The purpose of the proposed model is to facilitate the management quality assurance process in preschool institutions, a process that is required to be implemented at national level.
