Abstract

Developing a sustainable green high-tech model for an online insurance broker necessitates a convergence of technological innovation, customer-centric approaches, data analytics, blockchain technology, and environmentally friendly practices. Online insurance brokers may improve their operational efficiency, improve client experience, promote openness and accuracy, prevent fraud, and contribute to the general sustainability of the insurance business by embracing five essential aspects. Traditionally, the insurance sector has been paper-based, but digitization can assist streamline operations and improve efficiency. Online insurance brokers can use cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence to automate manual activities and improve customer experience by adopting digital transformation. This can assist brokers in lowering costs, increasing transaction speed, and ultimately providing better service to their customers. Online insurance brokers should work on integrating green practices in order to develop a sustainable high-tech company. This could include using renewable energy to power their operations, reducing paper consumption, and promoting environmentally friendly insurance products that encourage customers to adopt sustainable practices. Online insurance brokers can lower their carbon footprint and support sustainability in the insurance market by embracing green practices.
