BYZANTINE STYLE IN THE ARCHITECTURE OF BULGARIA
Abstract
The article, touching the problems of the Byzantine style history in the architecture of historicism and modern period, is dedicated to revelation of this style in the architecture of Bulgaria, its relations with Byzantine prototypes, Bulgarian art of building and legacy of the National Revival, and comparison with Russian variant of Byzantine style, influencing on the development of the Byzantine current in the Bulgarian architecture.
