SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION THROUGH EDUCATION - EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract

Human society is characterized by upbringing, education, organization? of work and life as a basic human activity from the very beginning and throughout its future development. We must be honest and reasonable that education, training and organization de facto benchmark for the existence of society as a whole, and each individual human individual, and we are free to conclude that their absence means dysfunctional society. They are aware of the actions of every individual - a person, but in the community as a whole when they are emerging, maintain and develop in all spheres of human life and work. Tuition - education and organization in cumulative relationships with and mutually intertwined, but also functionally related. So these interdependent social phenomena can be considered to focus on routes such as: ? Organizational components i.e. upbringing, education, and ? Function of education for the organization. The common denominator of organization and education in social development is labor. Man as a social being socially, expands and enriches his vision and conscious field, more revealing, identifies and explains what natural phenomena and processes, but also in the manual visual interpersonal communication in mutual relations and relations were coming to recognize and further process them using social potential, and thus to create objective prerequisites for the higher level to meet the growing needs. With awareness and experience, the man successfully accomplished the goals begins interconnected to organize, and to create unity and harmonization of processes and forms of all material and spiritual components to realize new ideas, ventures and undertakings established in goals. To educate and raised must be organized. The sum the impact of the creation and development of personality defines upbringing. This person organizes their own survival and development. And knowing this means we have to work process that tends to cost-effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and expediency must be conditioned solely by technological conditions for a perfectly organized.
