There are two fields of state social policy linked in this paper – migration policy and policy of the social protection. This paper is relevant for the terminology of social sphere. For the state, which wants to implement integration policy towards migrants, it is necessary to examine the establishing of care for migrants in one subsystem of social protection – social insurance.
