In paper attempts to analyze the differential stress stability of the schoolboys by mean of the Russian company "Ramen" instrument. As an indicator of stability are considered a heart rate variability of the circulatory system. The observed incomplete development of the autonomic system schoolboys linked to their small physical activity, in particular, improper organization of school and sectional sessions of physical education and poor organization of work and rest of students.
