The intention of this paper is to bring the possibility of escaping from the time according to Mircea Eliade. It aims to bring options how the archaic man trying to escape from the profane time to sacred time. At the same time we try to apply knowledge about the escaping from the time and for today's man and reflect them in the light of postmodernism.
