The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between paternalism, delegation collective organizational engagement and performance. The performance concept in this study consists of individual and organizational performance. Using quantitative analysis methods a study is conducted on the North Marmara Region of Turkey with a sample of 175 employees in different sectors.
