RISK PERCEPTION AT LEVEL OF SELF-GOVERNMENT - CASE OF SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Abstract

Information theory is based on interdisciplinary defined mathematical, computer sciences and artificial intelligence. The information is based on theory of mathematically defined the basic preconditions for the fulfilment of the conditions of information processing, and perception quantified properties informative value. While the total applicable and informative value is often lost in a mathematical bite - mathematically measurable value information. The most effective instrument to eliminate the risk is to provide the perfection information. Value of the information, however, may come from relevant sources in general, or from the inside of the information market – inside information. The operational efficiency of the primary information is based on the definition of the margin (spread) on the market, maximizing the financial expectations. Using the theory of allocation, we examined the panel data for self-government criminality in Slovak republic according to risk indicators in the global view of risk perception
