DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF THE MARKET OF DRUGS IN RUSSIA
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of drugs market. The theoretical and methodological aspects of drugs placement in official and informal economy, and its transitions to shadow and criminal sectors are specified. The behavioral and socio-economic factors of drug distribution are revealed. The issue of uncontrollable distribution of new psychoactive substances, possessing high potential addictiveness, need of their timely translation from shadow in to the criminal sector of economy are observed in the article. The issues of legislative regulation of transitional kinds of drugs are discussed in the paper. The questions of drug distribution limitation are paid attention with regard to creation of a network of the social and rehabilitation help to people with drug addiction.
