NEW DRUGS FOR EUROPE AND EXPECTATIONS FOR NEW LAW REGULATION
Abstract
This study provides basic analyses in a specific area of drugs abuses. Problem is widely known and presented as a specific antihuman crime with high profit. Effect of drugs using and abused, is usually analysed in different terms of solving, especially in criminology, and as the problem of detecting and documenting crime for process of evidence. Study provides orientation on aspect of regional, global and specific European threats for personal health and security due new drugs and expectations for Law regulation. Authors' tries to characterize the content and scope of evidence in connection with crime committed in new drugs abuses. Is analysed the development of stream new drugs to the Europe, partly as economical crime. Any actual information for Study is based on information from the signalizing drug system and new information from cooperated local experts. Authors analyse the possibilities of evidence this new drugs, as a new part of law and criminalistics – forensic knowledge, especially for their high dangerous. There are abnormally dangerous for their unknown effects on human health. Conventional drugs are less hazardous than the unproven new products, because for classical one are more or less known actions on human health and effects associated with their use of. This phenomenon is typical for crime connected with high commercial winning.
