MODERN TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
Abstract
Today, the global economy is in a state of transition from one technological mode to another, more advanced. According to various evaluation society will be the sixth technological way in 2020-2030 This situation has a significant impact on the processes of economic development of individual countries, particularly highly developed. The most significant phenomenon that characterizes this state of the world economy is the so-called digital economy. This was influenced by the active use of information and communication technologies, which allowed for the transfer of an increasing number of commercial transactions on-line. In addition, e-Commerce has become an impetus for the development of the digital economy and has begun to grow at a rapid pace. Markets for software, computer games, and e-books that could be purchased online began to grow. All described trends create the preconditions for the need to monitor and develop the process of implementation of the digital economy, both at the level of individual countries and at the global level. At the international level, digital economy processes need to be managed through international cooperation. The aim of the study is to study the current trends in the development of international cooperation in the digital economy and determine its global results. The methodological basis of the study was a comparative analysis of the sources; an analytical method that allows to identify the positive and negative aspects of modern forms of international cooperation in the field of digital economy; a synthesis method that allowed to obtain reasonable conclusions; and an inductive method that was used to identify particular cases in the studied trends. The result of the study is the justification of the need to strengthen the degree of integration of Russia into the processes of international cooperation in the digital economy. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the selected trends can serve as a basis for the development of optimal ways to integrate Russia into international cooperation in the digital economy.
