PARADIGMS AND CONCEPTS OF ECONOMICS QUALITY
Abstract
Stratified economic complex Euclidean space on a set of economic functioning states, reflected in the phenomenological complex Euclidean space as a complex phenomena of economy, is В«bubblyВ» saturated with a complex quality phenomena through dialectical vector information flow of TQM (Total Quality Management). The convergence of complex quality phenomena in the temporal dynamics of the functioning state of economic phenomena is observed and managed by the economics quality paradigms. The economics quality paradigms highlight the efficiency matrix as a key instrumental factor in the quality of the economy.The quality of the economy is best identified according to the value (utility) criterion according to the TQM quality information vector structure as the integrated quality of the products of the economic sectors (branches of the economy) stratified Minkowski Economic Space providing a guaranteed level of quality.MinkowskiВ’s stratified economic space functions as the core of the quality of stratified economic Euclidean space, in which the time coordinate functions as the coordinate of the time complex quality of the economic layers of the space. The phenomenology of the paradigm adjusts the methodology of the economics quality paradigm.At the same time, the paradigmatic observability and paradigmatic controllability reveal the quality characteristics of the phenomena to the quality paradigms according to the structure of the quality of the TQM information vector: the philosophical (phenomenological) quality of the products, the mechanical quality of the products, Cyber quality of products, system quality of products, informational quality of products. Observational phenomena of product quality paradigms according to the information vector TQM generally reveal Q - Laplace observer (Q - quality) as an information person and as a consumer of products of stratified value - oriented economy in the stratified complex economic space of Minkowski. At the same time, the paradigm as an economic interferometer orderly redistributes the efficiency quality of the economy layers according to the coordinate of the temporary integrated quality of the products.The ordered (manageable) economy quality paradigms of the stratified integrated economic space of Minkowski are produced by the Q-lap observer on the concept of quality loops of the phenomena of the economy quality paradigms, which ensures the change of economics quality paradigms, taking into account the principle of superposition (fitting) of the layers of the stratified complex economic space of Minkowski. Product quality paradigms В«constructВ» the economics quality paradigms on the principle of В«golden sectionВ».
