Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of the initial orientation of startup businesses in the market and the problems that they face in the enfant industry phase. Thereof the paper aims to identify challenges and obstacles they face in this phase specifically in the transition country markets. There are many challenges including political, economic, social, cultural, legal, environmental, cultural and technological factors affecting the success or failure of businesses in initial stage. The paper tries to find the solution how to create a suitable environment to help these businesses. Given the research the paper included different methodologies including qualitative and quantitative methods even that there are limitations such as lack of data resources, culture of new entrepreneurs and primary data are collected mainly through interviews conducted and questionnaires The secondary data are based on recent developments in the field, research papers from recent journals, various publications from research institutes and main theories dealing with this problem. Finalization of this work will enable the adequate addressing the difficulties and problems faced by businesses , and will provide recommendations to enable adequate measures for successful businesses start creating incentives and support for economic activities that develop them in order to support economic growth and employment in the responsibility for future generations.
