HUMAN MIGRATION AS A FACTOR OF FORMATION OF THE SOCIOECONOMIC SITUATION IN RUSSIA
Abstract
Human migration is a complex and multidimensional public process, possessing both positive results of territorial movements of people, and negative. Therefore, depending on the angle of consideration, this process encloses either achievements, or problems for the look of researcher. The comprehensive and detailed characteristic of migratory movement influence on a socioeconomic situation can't be carried out without statistical indicators which give a quantitative assessment of the phenomena and the processes connected with people territorial movements. The system of statistical indicators of population migratory movement influence on a socioeconomic situation is offered. Classification of possible options of human migration impacts on a socoeconomic situation is given. The analysis of information base concerning migratory streams and activity of migrants in Russia is carried out. The possible directions of migratory statistics information base improvement are offered from positions of its impact on a socioeconomic situation in particular. Special features of migratory streams in the Russian Federation are considered. The statistical characteristic of migratory streams and the migrants arriving to the country is given. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of migrants are considered. In conclusion quantitative evaluations of migration movement impact on transformation of a socioeconomic situation in Russia in recent years are given.
