The purpose of my work is to study and investigate same problems connected with the entry of Internet into the life of great number of people, especially of the disabled persons. One of these problems is a lake of special Internet technologies which may help to solve problems connected with acquiring of social and cultural information. Thus, while the communitarian source of the Internet culture is highly diverse in its content, it does specify the Internet as a technological medium for horizontal communication, and as a new form of free speech. It also lays the foundation for self-directed networking as a tool for organization, collective action, and the construction of meaning. To consideration of the social and psychological changes happening to the personality shipped in new forms of social interaction virtual communications on the Internet. The Internet as global information space, includes a set of the network communities forming virtual reality. Third, the simultaneous inclusion in a variety of online communities creates active user conditions for the most self-controlled. Provides an overview of network communities asa new group of socialization at the stage of adolescence, their similarities and differences with the real groups belonging. In conclusion, the possible directions of socio-psychological studies of adolescentsВ’ socialization of information associated with a number of issues: figuring out how to affect the experience of computer-mediated communication on the content of the communication of teenagers in social reality; definition of personality predictors of active use in adolescence; study of the relation and interaction of teenage self-determination and social construction of identity in the real and virtual environment.
