WORLD MARKET TENDENCIES DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY RESOURCES
Abstract
Strategic objective of state policy is reliable providing the country with fuel and energy resources, increase in efficiency of their use and decrease in anthropogenous impact of fuel and energy complex on the environment. The appropriate measures aimed at providing energy saving and increase in energy efficiency are necessary for achievement of this purpose; ensuring need of domestic market for reliable, high-quality and economically reasonable supply with the electric power and heat; development of oil and gas and coal branches of fuel and energy complex for effective ensuring with hydrocarbonic and coal raw materials of requirements of domestic market and implementation of obligations under foreign contracts; assistance to innovative development of fuel and energy complex. For adoption of the relevant decisions it is necessary to estimate a condition and the prospects of development of this branch, as proves relevance of a research. Article is devoted to a research of energy efficiency of a sample of the countries which includes as advanced (Japan and the USA), developing industrial (China, Russia, Bulgaria), and the agrarian-industrial (India) countries. The characteristic of fuel and energy complex and its structure, including characteristics of branches of energy industry is provided in a research. For this purpose in article the condition of the world market of energy resources by the comparative analysis of dynamics of consumption of energy resources and a power consumption in a section of the above-stated countries with use of modern tools of statistical methods is considered. Results of a research can be used in work of the governments of a number of the countries for formation of the strategic documents directed to achievement of the objectives and tasks in this sphere for the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of measures of state policy.
