GROUP COHESION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This study goals are revealing perception associated to trends about opportunity employment to military women in military structures and to see if possible difference in attitude, statistic significant, given by same cluster subjects, can be analyzed depending on tested parameters, (like sex, socio-cultural area, pathway, age, rank, family type, function). In most analyzed structures and specializations like references in realized article, military women are integral part in military organization, occupying varied jobs and functions, in accordance with occupied job specific tasks. Evaluation off this study result allows also identification of some influence about rank cohesion inside teams/groups, determined by female human military resource.
