Abstract

The present paper is radiography of the rights of the students in Romania, like a UE country, concerning the University Chart, the Education National Law nr1/2011, the internal university Regulations and the principle of the autonomy in the University in front with the quality management responsibility. The responsibility of legislation, the analyses of the terms social responsibility and the right definition of the Deming model PDCA for the demands of the social responsibility standard SA800 are good priorities. It’s like a Swot analyzed with threat and wicks points. After the Lisbon Treaty the students are the social partners in the circle of huge process of teaching and the rights of the students to be represented in the management structures, to be involved in the system of quality teaching management is in fact the democracy applied in the University with one perhaps; to give for the society the best works labor. We must permit to internal and external quality evaluation to make operative and right image of the students social responsibility and to help the society to benefit in the selection of the path formation in concordance with its aspiration.
