THE VULNERABILITY OF INSOLATED COMMUNITIES AND BUILDINGS REARDING OF THE UTILITTIES ACCESS
Abstract
In the climate change context, the efficient usage of natural resources has become a global objective key. The study addresses to the providing utilities for fresh water supply issue, and to the electricity supply of the communities, and isolated buildings, avoiding the risk of the natural resource depletion. In the absence of the possibility of connecting to the distribution networks (DN) of the national energy system (NES), renewable energy sources represent the solution to the energy problem of these types of communities and buildings. In this situations, the efficient supply solution with electric energy, represents the interconnection of wind, solar, geothermal, hydro- and biomass systems, depending on the availability of the climate zone. For the safety of continuous supply with electric energy, eventually, it can also be provided electrogenic groups. Regarding of drink water insurance, the solutions depend, again, on the area and on the efficient use of natural water resources. The implementation of these systems, coupled with the adoption of local energy recovery systems, represent the solutions to solve the problems of isolated consumers, and also are measures to increase the energy efficiency.
