LEGAL REGULATION OF THE MIGRATION PROCESSES IN MODERN CONDITIONS
Abstract
Nowadays, with the rapid development of international relations, sharply increases the intensity of migration processes, and as a consequence - the number of migrants. From the Russian Federation adopted obligations to respect human rights implies the need to ensure individual rights to free choice of residence and freedom of movement. There is a process of formation of the renewed worldview in which every human disorder encourages the search for a better life. One of the consequences of such a disorder are migration processes by which humanity is looking for a better life to meet the needs of different levels, ranging from physiological (necessary for survival) to the needs of self-recognition in the (realization of of potential possibilities). There is a need to develop of the scientific and practical model of the administrative and legal regulation of migration process in which a significant place would occupy the norms establishing the principles of organization of the system of the authorized state bodies, their legal status, as well as the mechanism of realization of the rights and freedoms of migrants, the responsibility for violation of mandatory rules in the migration process. This trend determines the scientific importance of the problem of international legal regulation of migration processes on the universal and regional levels, and implementation of the state commitments to bring immigration legislation into line with accepted international standards.
