THE IMPACT OF PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP PRACTICES ON DIVERSES GROUPS OF CHILDREN
Abstract
In this article we propose to analyze the pre-school level of the education in the last 3 years (2015-2018), referring to the degree of influence of the implementation of the personal development and leadership practices by the teachers in the context of diverses groups of children. The investigation methodology of the study was based on a through analysis of the scientific documents, to which quantitative methods were added (the interpretation of statistical data), but also qualitative methods such as the interview with the educational leaders of the pre-school organizations, the observation of the diverses groups of children, formal and informal discussions with the teaching staff, beneficiaries of personal development and leadership training programs. This study is structured on two levels. In the short term, follows a correlation between the personal developement and leadership competences required by the teachers and the vision of the pre-school organization. And in the long term, the impact of these practices generates the acceptance of diversity among children in personal and school life
