THE INFLUENCE OF AEROBIC GYMNASTICS ON STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Introduction. Creative character of structures exercises promotes the continuous enrichment of contents, as confirmed by the dynamic development of sports in artistic gymnastics technique, but also branches of some contents that define new sports and new forms of gymnastics exercises practice for health. It can be remembered thus, aerobics, gymnastics on Kango-Jumps, trampoline, and jumping into the water, skating, fitness, ballroom dancing and all sports that require extreme performance movements rooted in mutual fund art gymnastics based on fundamental movements groups. The aim of the paper is to validate the aerobic gymnastics working programs and to determine their influence on the physical fitness of the students. Method. For 12 weeks, 25 students, aged 11-12 (В±1.5years), took part to the physical education lesson once a week. In physical education classes were applied specific aerobic gymnastics means. The subjects were tested before and after participation in working programs, comparing their evolution. The tests focused on the evolution of anthropometric, abdominal strength, lower limb and anteroposterior flexibility. Results. After participating in aerobics classes it was possible to monitor the effects of aerobic gymnastics on physical parameters of the tested students. This study shows that significant differences were founded between pre- and post- training program for the entire test. Conclusion . Looking at the overall results is considered positive because they are both in the growth and physical and motor ability development of students. Moreover, the existence of music in lesson increased the attractiveness of the training program and workloads seem easier to be fulfill.
