SOCIAL CHILDHOOD INFRASTRUCTURES AS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF QUALITY OF LIFE
Abstract
The proof of differentiation of estimates of quality and availability of services of institutions of infrastructure and satisfaction with the living environment with families of the different types living in city and rural areas of Russia acts as the purpose of work. Conclusions of a research are constructed on the analysis of data of the official statistical account during 2005-2014 and results of the representative selective research "Complex Observation of Living Conditions of the Population" conducted in the monitoring mode. For check of hypotheses of a research methods of the statistical analysis, in particular, the analysis of distinctions in distributions of answers of city and rural families with the help of coefficient of Pearson have been used. The research has shown that estimates of the respondents living in city and rural areas differ much less, than statistical data in a section of views of settlements. Reduction of network of the institutions rendering to families with children services in health sector, education and leisure, isn't shown negatively in estimates of respondents yet. For families with children in the city area satisfaction with accommodation conditions first of all is defined by a sex of the respondent, and for women – and age of children. Least of all among citizens are satisfied with conditions of accommodation of the woman with children 16 years are more senior, in rural areas less than others malodetny families are satisfied with accommodation conditions. More city dwellers are concerned by quality of household services, impurity of the environment, remoteness of vacation spots, and also objects for exercises and sport. In rural areas as the main problems for inhabitants remoteness of vacation spots, for exercises and sport, and also bad work of transport and inaccessibility of medical services act. Development of social infrastructure has to be carried out taking into account requirements and wishes of residents of settlements. Integration of information from different sources allows to gain more reliable and full an assessment developments of social infrastructure for families with children.
