EVALUATION OF MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to design and test metrics that are used to assess the managerial competencies of university students Master degree study and review of the theoretical approach and research on the problems of management competencies. By comparing the results of the evaluation of managerial competencies and recorded study examined the performance of the model design their own evaluation of study performance. The following section presents the results of research in which they are presented correlation between the skills of the students and their academic performance. It contains a model designed to calculate the performance of the study and other additional studies dealing with management assumptions. As part of this part of the paper is discussion concerning the results of the research. It contains practical and theoretical benefits, as well as suggestions and recommendations for further research in the future. The result of the issue is the actual design of model performance evaluation of university students.
