KAZAKHSTAN UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE UNITED ECONOMIC AREA FORMATION (UEA)
Abstract
Under the condition of forcing industrial and innovative processes and creation of UEA there is an objective need to develop scenarios for the competitiveness of uniting the key strategic provisions of programs of modernization of economy of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. Changing the structure of the economy becomes an obligatory condition to overcome the negative structural trends, especially in the fuel and energy and food complex, but as above-mentioned, in the absence of energy and food export-import policy at the national and regional level, it is not possible to perform the objectives of the forced industrialization and the regulation of general energy and food markets in the UEA countries
