Abstract

In the article the author's model of fixing of young specialists at the regional labor market is presented. The main approach to a research presupposes accounting of different factors influencing the number of graduates, and the demand for them at the regional labor market. The dependence of market development of educational services on economical and demographic conditions of the region is revealed. The role of state regulation of education market and stimulation of need for a young personnel from business is proved. Results of differentiation of Russian regions on indicators of employed graduates migration are provided. The special role of employers of the region in motivation to professional fixing of youth in the regional labor market, a role, functions and tasks of regional system of graduate-recruitment is designated. Higher education institutions and the regional entities are considered to be provided as the main drivers of development of the territory.
