KREATOSFERA OF THE ARCTIC: FROM IDEA TO THE CONCEPT

Abstract

Article is devoted to development of gnoseological approaches to justification of idea kreatosfer of the Arctic on philosophy of a consent and the world. The main theoretical and methodological approaches to concept of a kreatosfer are generalized. Cultural and natural sources kreatosfer of the Arctic are allocated. Kreatosfer are defined structure of formation and modeling. Role of the Arctic in development of the Russian Federation and many other countries it is very great now. In recent years considerably geopolitical value of the Arctic increased in the world Kreatosfer are a basis the humanitarian values of good and beauty created by creative communities of the Arctic circumpolar civilization, and also the human capital and prostranstenny development. Natural and cult places, cultural heritage of the territory of the Arctic kreatosfer of the Arctic are a source of inspiration, creative beginning and self-realization. Call of kreatosfer is the system of global interaction of rational use of natural resources of the Arctic and preservation of a unique ecosystem in which a vector of development is the creative essence of the person. It is indisputable that it is necessary to keep a native habitat, to pay attention to a basis of an ecosystem and kreatosistema – the person. It is the vector directed on creation of special level, a layer - kreatosfer. Kreatosfer has humanistic valuable essence. This commonwealth of reason and force of creative communities, their reformative energy and competence of civil society. Kreatosfera – an essence of human measurement of development of the Arctic. Kreatosfera as paradigm of modernization, globalization and greening of the Arctic. Green economy as manifestation of values kreatosfer. Difference kreatosfer from a noosphere in its valuable attitude towards the person and the nature, dobra and beauty. Structure of levels kreatosfer of the Arctic: local, sectoral (state), arctic as international intercontinental region. The composed kreatosfer:the first — resources of creative activity; second — process of creative activity; the third - products of creative activity The purpose of article to develop gnoseological approaches to justification of idea kreatosfer of the Arctic on philosophy of a consent and the world, to define the main theoretical and methodological approaches to concept of a kreatosfer. Kreatosfera is part of a division of science of a kreanomika, creative economy. A basis of society of creative economy are creativity and knowledge.
