MANAGEMENT RESERVE: METHODS OF FORMATION AND EVALUATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
Abstract
The article examines the issue of improvement the personnel reserve formation and the tools for its implementation. Requests of the companies management systems for methodical provision of assessment of the costs recovery invested in formation of the personnel reserve are stated. Development of the structural and substantive content of the personnel reserve technology is characterized. The fundamental criteria, which analyze to determine whether or not specialists are fit for personnel reserve and diagnose of motivational orientation of employees, are identified. The new methodical approach to the personnel reserve formation is justified based on two criteria characteristics: effectiveness of the candidate to the reserve and the power of his motivation for professional growth. The results of testing of the proposed method are provided, which includes comparison of two methods: traditional and new technologies of resourcing and effective implementation of the personnel reserve. This result is confirmed the economic feasibility of its introduction.
