THE MODELS OF INTERACTION THE STATE AND BUSINESS IN THE REGIONS OF PRESENCE: ACHIEVEMENTS, CHALLENGES, PROSPECTS
Abstract
The system of partner relations of Russian business and government is in the process of formation. The economic crisis is not the best way influenced this process. In a crisis situation, level of investment activity of Russian companies on the background of maintaining the limitations of funding sources (borrowing of credit resources abroad and high interest rates on loans of domestic banking institutions) continued to decline. The negative impact of administrative factors, such as the tightening of the customs regime since August, 2015 the weakening of the ruble against world currencies, and new exchange rate destabilized the currency market. To cope with the problems of the crisis period, priorities of the sustainable development of national economy in whole and its separate regional segments, will allow the creation of models of complex interaction of public authorities, major business structures and civil society institutions. The advantage of the presented article is to analyze the Russian practice of "incorporating" responsible business in the social fabric of the regions, the rationale of achieving a balance of economic, social and environmental interests of the subjects on the basis of constructive interaction of public authorities with large business structures and public associations. Marked targets can be achieved through the creation of mechanisms of interaction between authorities and business, contributing to building regional economic capacity, improving the level and quality of life through the development of new business solutions for social problems.
