ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS IMPACT ON FORMING OF LIABILITIES OF RUSSIAN BANKING SYSTEM
Abstract
The banking system plays an important role in the development of the economy of any country, which is determined by its goals, functions and tasks, as well as its role in the economic system. The functioning of the Russian banking system under modern conditions is influenced both by positive external economic factors and by domestic economic processes that create favorable conditions for the development of the banking sector market. For the stable functioning of the national economy in general and the banking system, in particular, significant cash is needed, an important part of which is the deposits (contributions) of physical persons. Mainstream tendencies in the market of private deposits are shaping up under the influence of various factors, the major of which include the status of national economy, industrial production index, national currency exchange rates, population employment level, unemployment rate, salaries and wages, the value of cash income per capita, monthly average salary, monthly average pension allowance, consumer price index etc. The article explores on the regional differentiation of the country in terms of the population cash funds deposited in credit and lending organizations. The researchers performed clusterization of the RF administrative territorial subdivisions in terms of key indicators influencing the amounts of private depositing. The article provides statistical evaluation of the degree of impact of relevant factors on the volumes of private funds raised by credit organizations. The research is methodologically based on dynamic and structural analysis, index analysis, cluster analysis and correlation-regression analysis. The article identifies methodological approaches to building-up of the models of interrelation between the dynamics in the volume of private deposits and the dynamics of major impact factors. The article proposes solutions for raising the volumes of private depositing by credit organizations of the country.
