MECHANISM FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OPEN INNOVATION IN THE MODERN ECONOMY

Abstract

Now studying of innovative process is connected with research of model of the open innovation. This model answers calls of the modern market, allows to keep the speed of development of new products demanded in today's conditions. It works on the principle of broad cooperation with third parties: customers, suppliers, research institutes, laboratories and competitors. Inside the company, the work is based on the integration between the departments involved in the innovation process, using different tools, such as information systems, databases, expert systems, simulation, computer-aided design and others. However, implementation of the model of open innovation in different countries determines the development of mechanisms for implementation, taking into account the peculiarities of national economies, traditions of different countries and mentality. On this basis, the article in order to develop an effective mechanism clarified the concept of «open innovation», analyzed the different models of open innovation, implemented in different countries around the world. Based on this analysis the authors highlighted the shortcomings of existing models and their benefits justified the possibility of foreign models in terms of the Russian economy. However, the specific economic conditions require different Russia mechanism for the implementation of open innovation from existing tools. With this in mind, the article proves the feasibility of the formation mechanism of the implementation of open innovation, different conditions, factors, principles and tools.
