Abstract

The present scientific paper deals with the German social psychologist and philosopher Erich Seligmann Fromm’s social pedagogy, ethical and worldview attitude about human nature and tries to transfer it in the sphere of business and technology education and management organization for enterprise development. As it is seen from the paper, according to Erich Fromm’s main scientific work “Man for Himself”, each social organization and structure, existing in the business sphere, has its own values, which create the so-called organization culture. The coincidence of these values conditions the successful operation of the business organization. A human should consider self-development as a valuable thing and should want to realize one’s potential, then he will try to make maximum profit for his firm, id est. their interests coincide. In this case, maximum profit is defined only by the qualification of a man. Final result of a firm is gained profit, but for the man it’s omniscience or knowing and a new stage of self-development. If a firm is satisfied with fixed importance from the worker, then we must resist the major issue – a man is oriented on self-development if his main values are education, enlightenment, learning, knowledge and illumination. Therefore, according to Erich Fromm’s social worldview theory, philosophy and paedeutics two ethics coexist in the business and technology education: authoritarian and humanistic.
