ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ITS DETERMINANTS IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Abstract

The main objective of the paper is to analyze the economic growth and its determinants, as in developed countries and countries in transition. In this paper we will at least square and explain (OLS) which will make the calculation of coefficients evaluation and equation of the sample regression function.Viewed from the standpoint that have accrued in STATA we see that the index of corruption negatively affects economic growth, and economic LIRR has an negative impact on economic growth and foreign investment have a positive impact on economic growth.
